Refund/Cancel Policy Any deposits or full or partial payments for invoiced work will not be refunded for any reason i.e., lack of funds to complete payment, project cancellation, failed funding for projects and or cancellation after initial scope of work or complete scope of work has been done. 

Hosting Cancellation if JAG Digital Svcs is hosting your website and after 3 attempts to process payment for your monthly or yearly hosting renewal, your website will go in private mode. NOT visible to the public.  After 20 days of non-payment for hosting renewal your website will be taken down and reserved in our archives. A file copy is available to the owner. Restoration with payment is available and subject to a reactivation fee of $350 USD. 

Any Monthly Services All services that are paid for monthly i.e. Paid Ads, Social Media Posts, and or any maintenance plans are subject to a 30 day cancellation from date of notice and will be charged 1 final month for closing out.
